Welcome to our neighbourhood

Looking around at the number of Salford Quays apartments for sale gives you some idea of the scale of the city’s regeneration success story. The area, full of trees and canalside walkways, just a stone’s throw from Manchester United, the BBC, University of Salford and – yes – the iconic cobbled set of Coronation Street, is an urban oasis that is proving increasingly popular.

The area around Salford Quays was one of the first to feature in the city’s redevelopment story, with the first Salford Quays apartments being built in the 1990s and 2000s. These popular local landmarks, some of the very first flats for sale in Salford Quays, are still around today, rubbing shoulders with newer arrivals.

We’re delighted that Amplify Apartments will join this rich history of Salford Quays apartments, not least because helping to build and support successful communities is part of our core mission. With so much of the Salford story still to be told, we can’t wait to make our contribution.

Demand is growing

Looking at flats for sale in Salford Quays? You’re not the only one. Demand in the area has been steadily growing – some are calling it the most desirable waterfront location in the north. It’s one of the reasons we chose it for Amplify Apartments. We have a wide range of one, two and three-bedroom apartments as well as duplex townhouses in Salford Quays, which offer contemporary and high-spec superior living spaces.

Another reason for the popularity of our Salford Quays apartments is how well it is provided-for in terms of amenities and things to do. Bars such as The Alchemist and Lime Bar are within walking distance, and offer beautiful waterfront views as you sip a cocktail in the sun. The Lowry’s Pier Eight does British fine dining in a similarly stunning setting, while just over the footbridge you can get to MediaCityUK and all of its bars and restaurants.

It’s not all about eating and drinking: Salford Quays is well-provisioned for green space, with lots of trees and canalside footpaths to explore (and MediaCityUK is home to the actual Blue Peter Garden, with lots of eco-friendly seating space nearby). The more adventurous and active Salford Quays residents can also enjoy attractions such as the Helly Hansen Watersports Centre, or open water swimming. What makes the location even more attractive is that it is on the local light rail network, which gives access to Manchester city centre and beyond. It is also served by two motorway junctions.
